• All returned items must be in new/original condition in which received. Merchandise returned in damaged condition will have associated charges.
• A return authorization is required for all returns. Please contact Customer Care to obtain a return authorization.
• All shipping costs associated with returned merchandise are the customer's responsibility, including the cost of "free" outbound shipping.
• Full purchase price will be refunded, less any exchange/return/restocking fees, within 14 days of purchase.
• Shippng is free in the continental US, unless otherwise posted on the item page. Please call for international shipping fees.
